Shores of HRH Block 1

I want to start by saying Thank You to all of the readers that took the time to leave a comment on my last post.  It is so encouraging to share my stitching with like minded people and to get feedback.  Here is my New Year's start.  It is block one of Shores of Hawk Run Hallow by Carriage House Samplings.  I love all of the HRH designs and love the Shores piece the most.  I finished the first block January 15th and started right in on block 2.  My goal is to finish and frame it in time for 2014.  I think this is a realistic goal and I am truly enjoying stitching this piece.  I am stitching it on 40ct Tundra by Lakeside Linens with HDF by Vicki Clayton.

I will watch your progress on Shores of HRH with great interest and possibly envy. I have been admiring this pattern for awhile now but so far it hasn't made its way into my stash. Looking great so far!

Beautiful Nataly! I will be here to cheer you on. I know you will have it finished by 2014. I love this block with the light house and the seagalls. It is looking good...

Well done Nataly, your block reminds me of the lighthouse on our own shoreline here on The Lizard.

Looks great! I to am working on Shores. I have the first block finished and the second one about 1/2 way there. I have it in my rotation as there are just so many things a want to stitch and it is such a large piece that I get distracted. Watching your progress may spur me on!! DH and I went to Cape Cod on vacation and that's what pushed me to do it. I love all the HRH designs and hope to do Christmas next. Good Luck and I'll be rooting for you :)
